DESCRIPTION OF DATA PROCESSING

We process your data for the purpose of the customer satisfaction survey in our systems. The data processed are name, company and function in the company, a score question where our services can be assessed, including the option to comment on this in more detail, IP address. We collect this personal data via an encrypted connection. We use your data for internal evaluation and to contact you if you are dissatisfied. In addition, your evaluation text can be used internally for our group of companies.

Statements made by respondents in the voluntary free text field are anonymized and used by us for company presentations and pitches where appropriate.

The legal basis for the processing is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. Please address your cancellation to your customer advisor.

PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA

The provision of personal data is neither contractually required nor necessary for the conclusion of a contract but is voluntary. If you refuse to participate, there will of course be no negative consequences.

DATA RECIPIENT

We only transfer your data to third parties if this is permitted under data protection law. Your data may also be passed on by us to external service providers (e.g. IT service providers, companies that destroy or archive data, printing service providers) who support us in data processing within the framework of order processing strictly in accordance with instructions. Data processing outside the EU or the EEA does not take place as a matter of principle. DELETION OF YOUR DATA

The data is used to evaluate the cooperation over a period of 3 years (development analysis). The data is therefore stored for three years and then deleted.

EXISTENCE OF AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING

There is no automated decision-making including profiling in accordance with Article 22 (1) and (4) GDPR.

YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS
