European election posters – project of the Johann-Friedrich-von-Cotta-School
Our trainee Melina Zerfass was able to qualify for a real-life implementation as part of a school project on the topic of the European elections with the campaign developed in the team.
The responsible vocational school, Johann-Friedrich-von-Cotta, offers exciting and creative projects in cooperation with its vocational students and clients from the business world as part of the marketing and communication training program. There, the vocational students can apply their own innovative ideas in a practical way and contribute and learn from their own experience through the many projects.
Melina Zerfass:
“This year in particular, it is important to get politically involved. That’s why our vocational school took part in a competition with the marketing company Ströer. We were asked to come up with a design for the European election campaign. As I am learning how to use the various Adobe programs in the design subject, creating different posters/advertising slogans was a great challenge for me.”
“We were given the task of designing a meaningful poster for the upcoming European elections. Our proposal was selected from many hundreds of other ideas and was played out by Ströer on all digital screens in Stuttgart and nationwide in the week before the European elections”.
“Through this joint collaboration between the school and the marketer, we have managed to develop a strong message for people and the young target group, as well as use our voice to make people aware of important issues.”
